🌳 Aliana HOA Yard of the Month Program

Beautiful landscapes are one of the defining features of Aliana. Attractive, well-maintained yards not only enhance the appearance of our community, but also help preserve property values and create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

To recognize homeowners who go above and beyond in maintaining their landscapes, the Aliana Homeowners Association is pleased to introduce the Yard of the Month Program.

Our community landscaping company, Terra Management Services, is sponsoring this program by providing gift cards for our three winning properties.

Three (3) outstanding front yards will be selected during the week of July 20 and recognized by the Association.

Selection Process

Nominated properties will be evaluated based on the overall appearance and maintenance of the front yard landscape.

Judging Criteria

  • Healthy, neatly maintained lawn

  • Well-maintained landscape beds

  • Healthy trees, shrubs, and plant material

  • Attractive curb appeal

  • Overall landscape maintenance

  • General appearance and pride of ownership

Additional Information

Nominations may be submitted by homeowners (including self-nominations), neighbors, or the Association's Community Compliance Coordinator. The nominated property must be located within Aliana, and the front yard must be clearly visible from the street.

To be eligible for selection, the property must not have any open compliance violations at the time of judging.

Winners may be photographed and recognized in Aliana Living, TownSq, and other Association communication platforms.
