The Club at Aliana
The Club at Aliana stands as the centerpiece of the community—a resort-style facility that reflects both elegance and warmth. Inside, residents will find a spacious Ballroom with access to the Loggia, two smaller meeting spaces known as the North and South Rivera Rooms (each seating up to 12 guests), and two fully equipped kitchens available for catering or private use. The entire building offers free Wi-Fi and beautifully designed interiors perfect for hosting social events, HOA meetings, and community gatherings.
Outdoors, the Club features a sparkling pool, lighted tennis courts, shaded lounging areas, and manicured lawns that make it a natural gathering place for residents year-round. The Club also serves as the on-site HOA office, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for resident services and inquiries.
Club Rental Information
The Club at Aliana may be rented by Aliana residents in good standing for private events, parties, or special occasions.
Requirements & General Information:
Rentals are for Aliana residents only (no third-party or non-resident rentals permitted).
Homeowner must be present to tour the facility.
Rentals are not confirmed until written confirmation is received from the Clubhouse Rental Coordinator.
Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Renters must be 21 years of age or older.
Friday & Saturday rentals may begin at 9:00 a.m. and must conclude by 12:00 a.m.
Sunday rentals may begin at 12:00 p.m. and must conclude by 9:00 p.m.
Setup and cleanup are included in rental time; an additional 30-minute setup window is available upon request.
Maximum occupancy: 125 guests (Friday after 6 p.m. through Sunday) and 50 guests (Monday–Thursday).
The Loggia is accessible but not guaranteed due to weather; the lawn and gazebo are not included.
Prohibited items: bounce houses, slip ‘n slides, outdoor grills, piñatas, confetti, glitter, tape, pushpins, silly string, or burning candles.
Renters may bring outside furniture or equipment, but delivery and pickup must occur during rental hours, with the renter present.
Smoking and hookah are only permitted outdoors; renters are responsible for cleanup.
Pool access is not included with a rental unless separately arranged with the community’s pool vendor.
Cancellations: Written notice must be received at least 21 days prior to the scheduled rental to receive a refund. If the rental is canceled less than 21 days before the event, no rental, attendant, or security fees will be refunded. Refund of the deposit must be requested in writing.

The Westmoor Club
The Westmoor Club offers a more contemporary atmosphere, designed for recreation, wellness, and family fun. The facility includes a junior Olympic-sized pool with lap lanes, a spacious splash pad, a modern fitness center, and several multi-purpose rooms used for classes, meetings, and private events. The Westmoor Club’s sleek design and family-friendly setting make it one of Aliana’s most popular gathering places.
Like The Club at Aliana, The Westmoor Club is also available for resident rentals. It’s a perfect venue for milestone celebrations, community meetings, or small gatherings in a vibrant yet comfortable setting.

Aliana’s two resort-style pools and fitness centers make it easy to stay active and refreshed without ever leaving the neighborhood. Fitness centers include modern cardio and strength-training equipment, and outdoor spaces host occasional group workouts and fitness challenges.
