Crime Stoppers of Fort Bend County
Our Purpose
Crime Stoppers of Fort Bend County operates 281-342-TIPS, a telephone tip line. Information about criminal activity is received and transferred to law enforcement for immediate action. Callers are promised anonymity and cash rewards of up to $5,000 in exchange for their accurate crime tips. Our organization provides a safe forum for citizens to report crime in their neighborhoods without fearing retaliation. We are the eyes and ears of law enforcement in the community.

Crime Stoppers of Fort Bend County will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and charging of any felony suspects. All callers will remain anonymous.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the HOA enforce criminal laws?
No. The Association is not a law enforcement agency and cannot issue traffic citations, investigate crimes, arrest individuals, or tow vehicles from public streets. Criminal activity should always be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Can the HOA issue tickets or tow vehicles from public streets?
No. Public streets are maintained and enforced by local government authorities. Parking violations, abandoned vehicles, blocked roadways, and traffic hazards should be reported to Fort Bend County Non-Emergency Dispatch at 281-341-4665.
When should I call the HOA instead of law enforcement?
Contact the HOA for common area maintenance, exterior modification approvals, community amenities, deed restriction questions, account inquiries, and general community information.
When should I call law enforcement?
Call law enforcement for crimes in progress, suspicious activity, illegal parking on public streets, traffic hazards, noise disturbances, domestic disturbances, welfare checks, and public safety concerns.
Do I need approval before making exterior improvements?
Yes. Most exterior improvements require Design Review Committee approval before work begins, including fences, patio covers, swimming pools, landscaping, exterior paint, generators, driveway extensions, solar panels, storage buildings, pergolas, and other exterior modifications.
Who do I contact for clubhouse reservations or amenity rentals?

Who do I contact if my trash was missed?
Contact Best Trash directly at 281-313-2378. Trash is collected Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling is collected Saturday. Heavy trash is collected Wednesday and Saturday.
Who do I contact about water service?
MUD 134B residents are served by Municipal District Services LLC. MUD 134C residents are served by Inframark. Inframark may be reached at 281-579-4500, and Inframark Dispatch may be reached at 281-398-8211.
I received a violation letter. What should I do?
Read the notice carefully and correct the issue by the stated deadline whenever possible. If you have questions or need additional information, contact the HOA office promptly.
